Smoked Turkey and Smoked Muenster Sandwich
My smoked turkey breast and cold-smoked Muenster, sliced thin and stacked on toasted bread with lettuce, tomato and mayo.

I smoked both the turkey breast and the Muenster for this one, so this sandwich is really two of my recipes stacked between toasted bread with lettuce, tomato and mayo. I feel like I should open my own deli here soon.
It was also my first test run on my new LEM 12" slicer. Thin, even slices of turkey and cheese make a sandwich like this. The recipes for the turkey and the Muenster are below.
